EGO vs confidence
- Jul 16, 2007
I was reading around on the net, found this article, it makes a lot of sense even for non-business parts of our lives. Too many of us do not know the difference between ego and confidence.
"When we use the word ego, we're describing the self-serving, self-centered part of you. It's the I part. It's important to recognize the difference between being ego-driven and being self-confident. When you're self-confident, you know you're doing the right thing without violating the well-being of the people around you. When you're driven by your ego, you disregard everyone else." - Jennifer White and Diane Menendez
Go read the article, hopefully it will elighten some.
